had some problems when we first got there but they were taken care asap. they were minor things.

Loved being right on the beach over the small sand dune. House was nice and as expected. Great location in Kitty Hawk with easy drives to many locations within the Outer Banks!

We loved this house, although ot could use a good sweeping and mopping. Grill doesn’t work either.

This is the perfect beach house, especially if you are bringing pets. All of the rooms are spacious and the view from the living is a perfect 10. The only thing that I would recommend is for renters to know to bring hand soap for the sinks, extra garbage bags, detergent for the dishwasher, paper towels and something to clean/scrub dirty dishes with. The owner lists all of this, but this is just a friendly reminder that you will need to go out and get these items, if you forget.
