Delightful. Pool was terrific. Kitchen was great and thoroughly equipped. Outdoor living was better than advertised. Outdoor shower was a pleasant surprise. Short drive to everything. House could use instruction manual on pool and HVAC.

We could not have been more happy with our stay. My wife and I were able to work and vacation here with our 14 and 11 year olds and our 2 year old pup.
The property is immaculate and the pool and covered porch is everything.
Management was incredibly responsive. And we are 100% looking at calendars for another extended stay next summer.

What a beautiful vacation in a beautiful spot. Close to Southold and Greenport and our favorite beach. The house and property were immaculate and the pool was such a great amenity to use in lieu of the beach or at the end of the day. Don't want to say too many great things because I want availability for next year😉😉
