Perfect for two! Loved our stay and the hosts were kind and very easy to communicate with if you had any questions. Already planning my next stay

Great property! Clean, inviting, located in a neighborhood that was quiet, yet close to lots of dining and activities. We love the coastal North Shore and this fit every need of ours for getting together with family and friends. Great stay!

This is the most adorable little beach house!!!! It’s amazingly clean and very nicely decorated. We didn’t use the outdoor shower, but we did check it out. Next time for sure! Bed was comfortable and linens were good quality. Plenty of hot water. Apartment size kitchen but we didn’t do any cooking. Functional, just small. You could walk to the beach a few blocks. Nice second floor deck with a table and chairs (hi-top). Can see both sunrise and sunset as the house is situated to view both! Quiet cut-de-sac road. Close to many restaurants as well as Newburyport for more eateries and shops. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!!!!

house was cute. really like having a second bathroom. frustrating when trying to see if can check in a few hours early (in case the home was ready) but it just seemed like they wanted to get paid for an additional day. didn't end up doing it. school buses all turn around right in front of the property so the back up beeping got annoying
