This was the perfect winter getaway for my husband and I. The home was just across the street from the clubhouse/pool/exercise facility. This gated community was filled with friendly families of all ages and we enjoyed meeting many of them as we walked in this very family-friendly neighborhood. The home was clean and equipped with everything needed to enjoy the beach, pool, tennis/racquetball courts. The beds were very comfortable and we loved TVs in every room plus one in the screened-in porch! The garage was so convenient and the view of the pond in back was so peaceful. We couldn’t have been more pleased with this home. The owners were extremely responsive.

Wonderful stay-beautiful decor, everything we needed was accessible, owners were so friendly and helpful, location was perfect, amenities were great for us. We highly recommend this property!

This home has everything. It is close to the airport, major shopping centers, restaurants, and all the wonders of Ft. Myers. The home offers a huge tv in the living room and tv’s in each of the three bedrooms. The living room has comfortable furniture to relax and to watch a movie or your team on tv. The internet is easy to access and works exactly as it should. Keyless entry makes coming and going easy as well as the garage parking which makes carrying in the groceries and luggage so easy. The garage also offers lots of beach equipment if needed. The house is close to the Amenity Center and large pool, so you can walk, or plenty of parking exists if you want to drive. It’s a sidewalk community if you like to walk. Cheryl and Jay are great hosts and take great care of their guests. We loved staying here as our home was rebuilt from Hurricane Ian. You will love it too.
