Everything was great! The location was good, and amenties were great. The only thing i would like to make clear is this is not a handicap or elderly friendly place, as there are several step ups and downs to areas.that were added onto the home. Not a problem for us on our stay. Everthing else was great. And the beds were very comfortable!

The property is nice. We did not understand the check-in process and we had trouble getting in initially. It was resoled satisfactorily, though.

Lovely home with 2 tv's and a fun standup arcade machine that was very entertaining. We enjoyed the fire pit. The owners answered questions quickly. There was a slow drain in the sink of one of the bathrooms, but it wasn't horrible. Could have done without paying for the resort amenities since we were gone most of the time, but we did make time for one trip to the indoor pool, so the money wasn't wasted. Place was such a great location for going to Helen. Would definitely recommend.

These place okay but they have bed bugs we had to sleep on the floor it was impossible to sleep on the beds we are all bitten due to bed bugs bites I needed up going to the Dr I advised the property owner about it and ask for a refund she said there was no bed bugs or insects on her house according to her she brought in different people to take a look honestly I think it’s no fair that I paid an amount of money so my family and could have a gateway weekend and enjoy ourselves together and we ended up sleeping in the floor and basically the owner of the house say am layer good thing I have pictures of the insect bites. Worst place ever…..
