Space was very clean, location was incredibly convenient for what I needed

From start to finish it was a great experience. The owner was very helpful and the condo was spotless and well appointed. Also, great neighborhood with lots to see and do within walking distance. We would highly recommend staying here!

Clean condo. Nice location. Would stay here again

The condo was very nice and sufficiently equiped. The management of the property left a lot to be desired. Door code didn't work and had to revert to previous tenors code. No facility left in condo and replacement didn't open most pool gates. Floor was dirty and left our feet and socks black - they re-mopped but must have just moved the dirt around because we ended up cleaning it ourselves. The power to the garbage disposal and microwave stopped and had to be reset the next day but it occurred again several days before we left and they didn't show up to fix for the next 2 and a half days. We left 2 days early in disgust and believe VRBO/EVOLVE owe us 3 days rebate. Again the condo was nice, but the view from it was a busy parking lot which should have shown or described in the listing.
