Had to ask for more towels. Family of 10 staying for 5 days and got 1 towel and wash rag per person! Kitchen not well stocked, a few roaches crawling around, 1 dish towel for 5 days, had to ask for more. Pool refrigerator did not work,

The place was great and great location on the canal .

My family stayed here and it was just as the listing said. We loved the pool/jacuzzi area. Pool/jacuzzi was very clean. The guys enjoyed fishing under the cover dock. We all loved the green fishing light at night. We seen some really big fish swim by. The rooms were all very comfortable. Beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is a little small but that was ok we did not spend much time in kitchen. The neighborhood is very quiet. Police patrol was a plus. We were able to check in early. Be careful coming out of bedroom by stairs you may bump your head. The host was wonderful getting back with us when needed. We had a wonderful time. We will rent again.

The house was clean and felt safe. Our experience was good but not as great as we had hoped. The house was comfortable for our party of 10 and we enjoyed being able to fish off the private dock. We chose this house solely for the HEATED pool and hot tub. We had numerous problems with the heating of the pool, which had to be done offsite by the homeowner. The number we were to text for assistance was not always promptly responsive which caused hiccups with our swimming plans. The cookware available in the home was well-used so most things we tried to cook were burned. The bed in the pool room was a swinging bed with no way to stabilize which made it challenging for adults to sleep. The bathroom in the pool room was not air-conditioned so was very warm with no air circulation. For these reasons, we would likely not stay here again.
