Loved the property! Short distance from the beach to walk or drive and park. The outdoor pool area was relaxing with plenty of sitting.

1010 Mendel is the perfect location to take a 5 minute ride on your bike to Marco Island’s South Beach public access. The house had plenty of room inside as well as outside by the pool. Check in and check out was a breeze using a code for the garage. I highly recommend this property!

The house had the perfect floor plan and we loved the fact that we could use the garage. The pool and lanai were perfect and used every day of the week.
