A very nice house in an excellent location, only a 10 min walk to the seafront and marina where there are lots of restaurants and bars. The house was very clean and well equipped, Julie and Cliff had thought of everything! We were able to park directly outside and we really enjoyed our stay.

The moment we booked this house Julie and Cliff were always able to answer our questions promptly and provided detailed information. On arrival all the entry information provided worked smoothly. The house was spotless and for 2 guests everything provided was of a very high standard. The information folder was invaluable. From taking breakfast in the courtyard, walking for 5 minutes to the beach and then watching the World Cup from the reclining sofas was a real pleasure. It was lovely to have 2 bathrooms and the downstairs shower room although small was more than adequate. We will definitely come back to this house !

The location of the property was a good one,the facilities inside were good and most things needed were covered,no complaints. The major problem was roadside parking which was very hit and miss,it seems to be the case around the area. Supermarket was within walking distance, and even closer was a dairy/off licence which was amazing with the assortment of goods of every description carried, next door was a fish and chip shop which was excellent. We also used a couple of the home delivery services and found them good value and quick delivery. Would certainly recommend this accommodation and would use again.

A great property handy for all amenities, loved the bed !! really comfortable - hosts couldn't do any more - I would recommend this to anyone visiting Ramsgate or surrounding areas - we will be back!! - Thanks again
