Three bedrooms with multiple full bathrooms was a big plus. Plenty of nearby grocery stores and restaurants. Nearby to Sagrada Familia.

Check-in was very fluid and Luciano was particularly responsive to our requests. Apt is superbly located within 5-minute walk of the Sagrada Família cathedral. Very generous rooms with fans in each of them.

We only stayed for 3 nights so we didn't use any of the appliances besides the fridge. The place is very clean, location is great. Property management is great, very responsive and helpful. The apartment is ok. The pictures are not accurate. The apartment is old and not well maintained in my opinion. Windows are hard to open and close, floor is all chipped, kitchen table and chairs are not the ones In the pictures. Bigger bathroom shower was leaking and in order to have enough pressure for shower we had to hold it. Overall is ok for a very short and simple stay.

The management company for the apartment could not have been nicer or more responsive. They emailed a map with attractions in advance, left a large bowl of snacks and were immediately responsive to all requests.
However, the listing on vrbo said there was an elevator and a washer/dryer. The management company did advise that there was no elevator, but I missed that! And there is no dryer.
The building is very unattractive from the outside - narrow sidewalk wedged between garage doors with piles of rubble next to the building. And the inside is very much in need of paint and freshening. Also very noisy, both from street traffic and from the neighboring apartment.
