The property was in a good location with a decent supermarket within a 3 minute walk. Taxis into Kalkan town were just 5. The views from the villa over Kalamar Bay were stunning, particularly from the large terrace on the rooftop level. A/Cs worked great and the kitchen very well equipped. The three bedrooms our group occupied all gave good feedback.A decent sizeable pool made for great entertaining during the days we did spend at the villa. Only minor problem was with the Wi-Fi coverage but Kamal was immediately on hand to sort out the problem. This was our fourth visit to Kalkan and we would have no hesitation in using Villa Lea again.

We stayed here in October for one week as a family, we had a plenty of room for everyone and the house was comfortable with many facilities. Kitchen is very spacious and the pool is nice. I wish that neighbors building did not blocked the view from the pool to the sea, but unfortunately it did it mainly. Our host Kemal is super! He helped us a lot before our arrival and during our stay. He was always available and willing to help us. Very appreciated.Location is good, shops and restaurants very near. But I don’t recommend this house or city for persons who have any problems with their knees or walking overall.Beds are very comfortable and it’s nice to have beach towels and shower towels on the house. I could wish maybe a bit more normal necessities but shop was very close! Thank you for your hospitality! See you next time Kalkan and Villa Lea!

Fabulous stay in an incredible villa. The kitchen is hugely well stocked with everything you need (except a Nespresso machine) and the beds are comfortable which is a rarity for Turkey! Kemal was always contactable and fast to respond when some AC filters needed cleaning and his perfect English and fast response made the stay even easier. The pool was refreshing, the walk into Kalkan entirely doable and the views from the upper floors are stunning. Already looking to rebook with friends for 2026!
