The Cava Retreat is a 60-square-meter apartment that sleeps 5, located in the historic center of Orvieto. The apartment features a distinctive Etruscan-style entrance and a living room/kitchen equipped with a coffee machine (with pods provided), a kettle, a microwave, a washing machine, an electric oven, and a dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with all necessary fixtures (bidet, toilet, and bathtub), along with liquid soap, a shower, towels (shower, face, and bidet), and a bath mat. Both bedrooms are ready with bed linens upon check-in. The house has Wi-Fi, a TV, and independent natural gas heating, but I’m pleased to announce that during the summer, thanks to the tuff stone walls that surround the house, air conditioning isn’t necessary—though the apartment remains pleasantly cool even in the summer heat.
