The showers are easy to operate and luxurious. Kitchen is also well equipped with adequate equipment and the cooker/microwave easy to operate. Nearby facilities include small shops and a pub/restaurant a short walk away which also leads to a beautiful beach, All in all a marvellous place to stay.

We stayed at Ocean View in Praa Sands for four nights as part of our wedding at Pengersick Castle and it truly exceeded all expectations. The accommodation is absolutely spectacular—beautifully designed, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Every room has clearly been finished to a very high standard, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel both luxurious and welcoming. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy such a special occasion. While it is definitely more of a luxury option, it was worth every penny for the experience we had. We made some incredible memories here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere special to stay.

A fabulous, quiet and very peaceful property. One minor issue was that the sofas were too low and not comfortable at all. Other than that, what a fantastic location, central to everything we wanted to do and all was as described. The bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped and spotlessly clean. The parking was a little bit tight for two large SUV’s - any bigger and it would be a problem. The views were fabulous and we were blessed with fine weather. We were fortunate to be entertained by an RNAS helicopter on exercise in the bay and the RNLI lifeboat attending an incident (floating debris). We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Truly a great place to stay, amazing views, pristine position, excellent decor and equipment, comfortable beds, beautiful showers, and to top it all a glass fronted veranda where you can sit and enjoy the sunsets at your leisure, 5 star excellence.
