The holiday home is located 50 meters from the Avola seafront and its splendid golden beaches and crystal clear sea.
The strategic position of Avola will allow you to quickly reach the places of Val di Noto and Inspector Montalbano, the nature reserves of Vendicari and Cavagrande del Cassibile, the wonderful Syracuse and Marzamemi as well as the most extreme tip of Italy Portopalo di Capo Passero and the island of Currents.
The seafront where the holiday home is located is full of restaurants, bars, nightclubs, pizzerias where you can taste the typical dishes of the Sicilian food and wine tradition, such as arancini, cannoli, cassata, granitas.
A few steps away you will also find the cellars of "Nero d'Avola", the famous red wine, where it is possible to book a food and wine tasting tour.
