Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The accommodation was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The location was great and everything worked perfectly during our stay.Communication with the host was excellent and everything was arranged smoothly. We especially appreciated how easy and pleasant the whole experience was.We were traveling with children and the place suited our family perfectly.Thank you for a great stay – we would be very happy to return in the future.

A great-sized semi-detached house for a family of four, with a large outdoor space, overlooking the beach. The house is in a very quiet and private gated development. We were a bit worried about noise from the nearby Hard Rock Cafe, but could never hear a thing. The layout is great - downstair is a nice living space with a sofa, table for 4, and a fully equipped kitchen. There's also a laundry room and a toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a balcony with fantastic views. The outdoor is great for dinner and there are many sun loungers and sofas. The gated development has a private parking space, and exits directly on the promenade towards the Maspalomas dunes. Tiny suggestions for improvement are the Internet connection (we had to use our mobile Internet as the WiFi was very weak) and a bit of upkeep around the house, but none of that mattered to us. Communication with the host was fantastic, from pre-checking all the way throughout our stay.
