The house was comfortable and huge for 4 persons. Great location and atmosphere in the village. Well maintained and clean and clear instructions.

Another brilliant holiday at one of Paul’s properties - even the weather was fantastic! Have tried to think of something critical to say but everything was perfect!!

We had another great stay at Filey at Sailaway Cottage. Property was clean, well equipped and in great location. My grandkids loved the pool and the playing area in front of property. Ham

Have used Filey Bay Direct a few times to book holiday homes at The Bay. The booking process is quick and easy and the selection of properties is good too. Booked Sailaway Cottage as an anniversary present for my parents. The house and location were spot on and the welcome hamper was a nice touch. The house was spotless when we arrived and everything was ready for us. We had some family and friends visit whilst we were there and the house was great for entertaining and may parents had a great time. We’ve booked again to stay at another property over Christmas 2026.
