would have been excellent, except the property didn’t have screens on some of the windows & we got a bunch of mosquito bites. (there was no a/c, so we had to keep the windows open at night.)host was awesome, connected us to a great restaurant out first night, a local cooking class the night after, he was really helpful. the location was beautiful. perfectly situated in the region to explore castles, day trips, etc.

We had a magical stay! The house is absolutely stunning — beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and even more spacious than expected. The pool was crystal clear and perfect for relaxing together. Umberto was an exceptional host: responsive, kind, and always quick to reply. Everything felt smooth, easy, and welcoming. We stayed with friends and had an unforgettable time. Highly recommended!
