What a beautiful property, fully equipped for a party of six and very comfortable. The only quibble is lack of storage in the bedrooms but it is in the perfect location, bright and spacious.

very spacious and ideally located we arrived late evening and were disappointed that there was no milk, tea or coffee - yes there's a spar a short distant away but after a long journey we just wanted to rest!

Beautiful newly built property which was built and fitted out to a very high standard. Everything you would expect from a quality property. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were a treat. It is an upside down house with the living area upstairs. A nice small garden which was south facing making the most of any sunshine. The property is situated in the village of Docking which is great for accessing the coast and surrounding villages. There is building work going on which we were aware of but this didn’t hinder our stay. Would definitely recommend. Thanks
