Apartment with terrace located in the Residence "Benacus 2", with adult pool, children's pool, jacuzzi area and children's playground, in Sirmione.
The apartment, located on the first floor accessible by lift, is equipped with a garage and an additional external parking space, Wi-Fi internet connection included. The entrance opens onto the spacious living room equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, Smart TV and fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
The living room overlooks a bright terrace equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers for relaxing summer moments and from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the communal garden and swimming pool.
The bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a double bed and large wardrobe and the second consisting of two single beds and a wardrobe, overlook the rear balcony and are both floored with parquet. The apartment's bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, bidet, WC and washing machine.
*The swimming pool is available from 30 April to 5 October, from 9:00-13:00/15:00-21:00. The use of a swimming cap is required.

The pearl of Lake Garda is what the marvellous city of Sirmione is nicknamed. Starting from the city's historic walls, you begin to discover its beauty with a visit to the Scaliger Castle and its Darsena. For cycling enthusiasts, it is possible to take part in an itinerary discovering Lugana Wine whilst pedalling through the vineyards. Surrounded by the plants of a suggestive park, the thermal centre offers everything needed to regenerate and find serenity and wellbeing, thanks to the curative sulphurous waters that flow hot from the bottom of the lake. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Aufzug und Garage sind komfortabel auch für größeres Gepäck. Die Schlüsselübergabe bei An- und Abreise war problemlos und unkompliziert. Die Betreuung war sehr freundlich und ohne Sprachprobleme.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr toll, man kann zu Fuß als auch mit dem Auto alles erreichen.
Eine Ruhige tolle Anlage.
Die Menschen sind sehr freundlich & nett in Italien.

Lejlighed super, dog ingen AC. Masser af køkkengrej, rent og pænt. Lækker pool.
Største udfordring er at nøgleudlevering er svær at finde og ligger 12 km væk fra lejligheden(modsat retning fra motorvejen=30-45 minutters ekstra rejsetid ved Gardasøen i højsæson på en fredag eller søndag).
Vi vil gerne bo samme sted igen, men vil forsøge at finde en anden udlejer.
Garage under lejlighedskomplekset, men vores bil (autoboks)kunne dog ikke komme ind pga lav loftshøjde. Gode parkeringsmuligheder udenfor. Restauranter og supermarkeder tæt på.
