The south-facing terrace is covered but enjoys hours of sunshine depending on the time of day, making it the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The property consists of a living/dining room, a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a double bedroom with two single beds.
Outside:
2 community pools, including a children’s pool, surrounded by lawns with a bar and restaurant.
On the private covered terrace, there is a table, 4 chairs, and a gas grill.

The terrace is accessed from the living room, which features a three-seater sofa, coffee table, sideboard, flat-screen TV, dining table, 4 chairs, and air conditioning.

Perfect location and beautiful view. Patio doors open fully exposing the Mediterranean sea. Gorgeous. However bring ALL supplies. There is a coffee machine but no coffee. There is a washing machine but no soap. There is only enough toilet paper for one day. Be prepeared.
