Flat in excellent location, with views of beach. High standard of cleanliness. Secure parking and 3 minute train ride to St Ives.

We all had a lovely holiday very relaxing despite the weather the views were amazing. When you take a walk down to the beach, there’s a shortcut. Please make sure you know how to use the fob it took us a couple of days needs to be explained, more thoroughly in the information book apart from that we had a wonderful time.

A lovely apartment but it does need more attention being paid to its cleanliness. There is always evidence of dust/fluff around the place especially on the floors. The bedding is really overdue for replacement - it’s dingy and no longer white. For the cost we pay it should be better. We really really like staying in this apartment but it does need a little better TLC.

Can’t argue the view was amazing , property was nice and clean , unfortunately the beds was very hard indeed , when we asked for a possible mattress topper we was told if we could buy one then we would be reimbursed!, I feel there is no personal care anymore and like I explained me and my sister don’t drive so was impossible to be able to purchase a mattress topper as we both are copd suffers ,my sister slept on the sofa the whole time we was there therefore we left a day early for a nights sleep .
