The villa is designed by the architect Allem Nefra, high vaulted ceilings highlight the white and grey palette decoration, gently energized by red touches of colour that generously offer the idea of modernity to the whole atmosphere. This Villa is contemporary and offers a panoramic view from all rooms, over the lagoons of Le Petit and Le Grand Cul de Sac, Turtle Island and the Ocean.
In terms of furniture, this property has a modern layout with a central living room and dining room, which is flanked by bedrooms on each side. The large living room, dining room and very modern kitchen open onto the front terrace with a swimming pool and a terrace with several lounge areas. An indoor dining table can accommodate six people and a magnificent bar is open to the outside, ideal for breakfast or a drink with friends.
