Loved the location central for everything and reasonable price. Very Clean when we arrived.

We arrived and check in was fine, the apartment was clean. But we felt the apartment wasn’t equipped for a rental. The bedding sheets didn’t fit the mattress and kept coming off, there was no mattress protector, the quilt cover and no poppers so the quilt kept falling out of the cover, the headboard wasn’t fixed to the wall so kept rattling (the poor neighbour’s). The washing machine didn’t work, we contacted the agents who weren’t much help in fact they told us to contact Candy the machine make. We ended up going to the Laundrette costing us around 20€ which we haven’t been refunded for, when I contacted the agent they passed us from one to the other. We have up in the end, all in all we were not impressed with them.
We haven’t had to complain before, we have stayed in Caleta on a few occasions and this was the worst accommodation.
Sorry to complain.
Kind regards
Mary
