You will love this beautiful, spacious and particularly bright apartment enjoying an exceptional location in the heart of Morzine.
Car-free holidays. 100m only from the Pleney slopes (Morzine-Les Gets area), ski schools, shops and our favorite restaurants! Perfect for both seasons winter and summer.
Located on the 1st floor with elevator and secure entrance, the balcony opens onto the mountains and the iconic “Pointe de Nyon” which confirms its southern exposure. Although located in the bustling center of the resort the apartment remains quiet and away from the nightlife. It will be suitable for all members of your family.
It is composed of a spacious living room with a very well equipped kitchen and a dining area (the fireplace is not in use, but decorative). A 1rst little bedroom with 1 single bed (90x190), a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) with ensuite bathroom and toilet, a 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90x190), a mountain corner with 2 beds bunk (90x190) and a second bathroom (with shower and toilet), laundry room and an additional separate toilet.
The apartment has plenty of storage, 2 ski lockers and a private locked GARAGE (h = 2m, w=2.30m, l=5.20m) that you can use as bike storage.
Included services: beds made upon arrival, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels, toiletries kit, and end-of-stay cleaning. Multipass summer member.
A deposit of €1,000 will be requested 15 days before the start of your stay via a secure link. This sum is neither debited nor blocked and is released automatically.

Brilliant location, 2mins walk from the Pleney lift, good sized apartment for the 5 of us with 3 teenage boys. Garage for safe parking and ski lockers made for a lovely, easy week in Morzine.
