Party of 5 - lovely Villa, perfect for us (2 adults and 1 child) in the main house and our parents in the attached cottage. Had everything you needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels available, air conditioning in the bedrooms, lots of storage, and the bathrooms and showers are a very good size. Plunge pool was a bonus if you didn’t want to visit any of the main pools. Views from the terrace were outstanding, lovely to watch the sun set. The Deck on site bar/restaurant at Sugar Hill is also an added bonus. Will definitely visit again without hesitation.

The villa was lovely, clean and had a well equipped kitchen (important to us, as we like to cook on vacation). The check-in process was very smooth and Marcia was a wonderful host. We very much enjoyed The Deck, which is the onsite restaurant/bar - it was nice to have that option when we didn't want to drive to go out for drinks. We also enjoyed the plunge pool and two other pools nearby, which we had to ourselves most of the time. If you enjoy birds and wildlife, we saw a wonderful variety of birds (including parakeets) a monkey family and fireflies. Our only complaint is that the listing said it had a BBQ (under popular amenities); however, when we arrived there wasn't one available. This was disappointing as we were planning to go fishing while we were there and wanted a BBQ to grill the fish afterwards. It has since been removed from the listing, according to our host. It would also be nice to have screens on the kitchen windows as it gets hot in there but the birds like to fly in if you have the windows open. Otherwise, a great stay and would recommend.

The house is spacious and airy, with a lovely terrace and beautiful views. The kitchen was well equipped & the living room furniture & beds were comfortable.

Beautiful and fantastic villa. The absolute relaxing property. Marcia was a lovely host and the Fairmont resort was an added bonus with Infinity pòol, entertainment, happy hour and 10% discount for food and drinks made the stay affordable. The resort is also on the beach to top up your tan. We would stay at this villa again.
