It was really clean and they had snacks and drinks for me.
The ac was not working. My room was really hot. I was sweating all night. Also the trains, police sirens and cars are very loud, even though it does advise you of that on the listing I didn't think it would be so loud. I was just there 1 night but I barely slept. No one is available to come help you if you have an issue either. The response i got from them over whatsapp was "it will come on in a few minutes" but the AC did come on it was just hot air and no one came or responded.

It was neat and staff was very friendly and helpful.
It is at 2nd floor with no lift. I had hard time taking my luggage up and down the building

The accommodation was excellent. Philippo was very helpful and accommodating—he checked us in and explained everything clearly. Everything worked perfectly. Breakfast was nice, offering the essentials along with excellent coffee, fresh fruit, and yogurts. The apartment was spacious and had air conditioning. The walk to the city center took only about 10 minutes. We were very satisfied!
We have absolutely nothing to complain about!

Nice staff, but other guests were very loud every am early in the breakfast area--right next to my bedroom--and staff insisted he couldn't tell them to be quieter. For breakfast, big basket full of packaged breadstuffs but nothing fresh; yogurt and granola. Location reasonably convenient.
See above.

"Bardzo ładny, czysty pokoik z łazienką. Śniadanie super, opieka właściciela na najwyższym poziomie. Nawet sprzątane było podczas mojego pobytu (a byłam tylko dwie noce).
Super miejsce wypadowe. Poleca..."
