The property is perfectly located - backing onto the river and nestled in the narrow winding streets of Fowey. It’s comfortable and clean with a well equipped kitchen. Having the kayaks was great with direct access to the river. The spare room beds are in need of a new mattress but probably fine for young children.
Overall we loved staying here - the internet is fast and able to stream tv etc.

Parking easy with Cornwall Council Rover ticket for the week. Plenty of interesting ships passed our window and terrace. WiFi and smart telly good. Lots of interesting gardens and National Trust houses to visit. Hall Walk from Bodink Ferry to Polruan a must. Google it.

The WiFi is quite poor and you need a colander in the kitchen! Apart from that we can’t fault it. Having the boat house is so amazing and the deck is sublime for morning coffee and evening gin! All my friends are now booking it for this/next year xx

A superb place to stay, right on the river Fowey. Beautiful views. Very comfortable accommodation and ideal for exploring Fowey and the river area.
