Just had a great weeks stay , for myself and my wife, in this fabulous 5 star villa. The villa has great views and great sunsets , if you like airplanes at all you will love the view in the distance of the runway (don't be put off you if you aren't, as there not many flights per day), also had view of 4 cruise ships passing by. Great location as only 5 minutes from the airport, and only about 7 minutes to the shops, supermarkets and resturants of the laid back resort of Lassi and 12 minutes to Argostoli (see the turtles). The welcome pack , provided by Peter the owner, was the best we have ever had (including a full Greek style dinner). The accommodation is first class , almost hotel like, would recommend a stay for a couple, two couples or a couple with 1 or 2 children etc. Many thanks to the owner Peter.

We’ve just left Villa Roxanni. We’ve had the most amazing week. The villa is beautiful, the setting is idyllic and all of the facilities are exemplary. What made our stay absolutely perfect was the hospitality of our host Panagis. He is possibly the nicest person I have ever met! He had provided home cooked food for when we arrived and home made wine through the week, which was delicious. I felt bad not being able to drink it all on our final night. Nothing was too much trouble through our entire stay. He even gave us lemons and grapefruit from the fruit trees in his garden. The villa was cleaned part way through the week, which we were not expecting. It’s one of those tough reviews to write as if we’re too glowing, others might book it before we can next year, but it’s worth it as I’d like to think others can enjoy the same experience we have. Enjoy.

What an amazing property! We were not disappointed. Panagis was such an amazing host and the accommodation was exactly as described, it was clean, comfortable a real home from home. The view will not disappoint at all! Even though the airport is close by, it doesn’t spoil the calm of the villa and it adds a good talking point. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday, we will be back!!

We found a great and excellently equipped house and we were very friendly welcome. We also appreciated the excellent service, cleanliness and hospitality. However, the relax from the beautiful pool and the sea view was spoiled by the noise from the very close airport. For this reason, next time we would choose accommodation in a quieter place.
