Renovated in 2021/2022, this vacation home is located in a vacation complex surrounded by pine trees in Plau am See, in the Quetzin district. Just 200 meters away, you’ll find the Quetzin beach, which is especially well-suited for families. Your vacation bonus: A rowboat with a dock is included with the property.

The light-filled Haus Sonnendeck is approximately 60 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 people plus a toddler. When designing the interior, we placed great emphasis on high-quality furnishings, design, and harmonious color schemes.

Each room features stylish details that express our love for the region—such as water lily wallpaper, fish-scale tiles, and seashell lamps.

“Hello Sunshine”: The spacious entryway welcomes you to your vacation home. All the rooms in the house branch off from here. Next to the entrance is a small storage room with a coat rack. One large and one smaller bedroom, each with a double bed; two small bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet; and a spacious living and dining area with a modern, fully equipped kitchenette make up your temporary home. All rooms are heated with electric heating—not night storage heating. Additionally, there is a pellet fireplace in the living room.

The outdoor area offers plenty of space to relax with two inviting terraces (east and south-facing).

The fee for final cleaning is already included. There are also no additional costs for parking (central parking lot).
