The approximately 75-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of the newly built house. It features two bedrooms, a modern living and dining area with a cozy dining nook, and a terrace with a south-facing view. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink, soap and shampoo, a hair dryer, and a toilet. Both bedrooms are modern and feature box-spring beds, a closet, and a TV. In the living area, you’ll find a cozy couch—which can be used as a sleeping area—a large smart TV with Sky TV access, and a soapstone stove. The open-concept kitchen is decorated in a modern country style and offers plenty of cooking utensils. The apartment has been furnished with great care and is our little chalet.



Our spacious vacation apartments are located on a very quiet side street with a beautiful view of the mountains. In town, you’ll find an ADEG grocery store; just a few meters further on are the Gletschermühle restaurant, MammaMia restaurant, Café Greissler, a post office, bank, souvenir shop, ski rental, and a store, as well as Café ICE. The Möll River and the R8 bike path are also just a few meters away. The free ski bus is just a 3-minute walk away.

All feature a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, large bedrooms with laminate flooring, a living area, and beautiful bathrooms. A flat-screen TV with cable and Sky TV is available in all living areas, and of course, Wi-Fi is free to use.



On-site costs: A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. Please pay the remaining balance in cash upon arrival or in advance via bank transfer.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
