. It faces south and features a balcony facing southwest.
The apartment is bright and welcoming and has been lovingly and comfortably furnished by the owners themselves.

The open and thoughtfully designed living area combines the living and dining spaces. The living room features a 43-inch LED smart TV with internet access and a Blu-ray player, which, of course, also plays CDs and DVDs.
Free Wi-Fi and Netflix video streaming are available to you.
A high-speed 100 Mbit fiber-optic internet connection ensures stable internet access.

The kitchen is, of course, fully equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, range hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, and everything a discerning home cook needs. The freestanding dining table offers plenty of space.

The bedroom features a large double bed (180 x 200 cm) with two single mattresses and a 43-inch LED smart TV with internet access.
A travel crib ensures sweet dreams for a child (up to about 3 years old). A high chair can be rented through the rental service.

The bathroom is elaborately tiled in a nautical style. There is a large corner bathtub and a separate shower.
A washing machine is available to you free of charge.

The windows are equipped with pleated blinds (inside) and insect screens (outside). The balcony door has an insect screen.
All rooms are tiled and have underfloor heating with thermostats in each room.

A private, lockable bike shed on the property is available for your bicycles or beach gear.
A free parking space (No. 3) is located directly in front of the house.
