Vacation Rental No. 43 in the Likedeeler complex is a 3-bedroom apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.

This light-filled and spacious vacation apartment, measuring approximately 88 m² and located on the 2nd floor, features a living room with a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 south-facing rooftop balconies. The beach is only about 70 meters away.

This apartment offers a wonderful vacation spot for the whole family. The living room is equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed (210 x 125 cm). A flat-screen TV and a stereo system provide entertainment. The south-facing rooftop balcony is perfect for cozy get-togethers. The living area has tile flooring.

The modern L-shaped kitchen is integrated into the living room and features all the amenities—a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and an oven.

The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a large closet for your clothes. There is also another TV here. The guest/children’s room is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a dresser, and a TV, and also offers plenty of space to play. The floors in the bedrooms are covered with laminate. Both bedrooms provide access to the second rooftop loggia. For our youngest guests, the apartment includes a crib with a mattress and a high chair.

A tiled shower room completes the lower level. A spiral staircase leads up to the converted attic. The attic also features a spacious, tiled shower room.

You can park your car in the underground garage, and a bicycle storage room is also available. Additionally, the complex offers Wi-Fi (subject to availability), an elevator, and coin-operated washers and dryers (for shared use).

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

The Likedeeler vacation complex is located on Ostseeallee in the center of Boltenhagen. The beach is about 70 meters away. Popular restaurants and cafés are in the immediate vicinity.
Dogs are allowed in some apartments.
Most apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi.
You can safely park your car in the building’s underground parking garage (maximum vehicle height 2.0 meters). From there, you can easily take the elevator to your floor.

The Likedeeler vacation complex features modern architecture and is conveniently equipped with an elevator. The individually and lovingly furnished vacation apartments, each with a large balcony or terrace, invite you to enjoy a relaxing vacation with everything close at hand.
All vacation apartments feature a living-dining area, a kitchenette, one or two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the building’s basement.
There is a bike storage room in the underground parking garage for your bicycles.
