The property is part of a complex of only 4 apartments with private parking, shared washing machine, and a large garden with a 7x4 m pool. Parking and pool are under 24-hour video surveillance.

Pros: Perfekt war der eingezäunten Garten. Somit konnte unser Hund gemütlich auch ohne Aufsicht im Garten sein. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und reagiert sofort wenn man ein Problem hat. Bei uns hatte in der Dusche der Wasserhahn ein Problem und wurde sofort getauscht. Es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Im Ort gibt es einen Supermarkt einige Restaurants und Bars. Der Hundestrand in Toscolano-Maderno ist ca. 30 min mit der Auto entfernt. Ein Parkplatz gibt es auch auf dem Grundstück. Danke für die Flasche Wein als Willkommensgruß 😉
Cons: Es ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Wohnungseinrichtung sieht zusammgewürfelt aus, was aber an der Funktionalität nicht stört.
