Location, greenery, behaviour of the staff.
Housekeeping and dining room cleanliness need improvement.

Good size room & bathroom. Good location to walk to everything. Aircon & mini fridge with mini freezer in the room. Nice clean pool.
Some staff didn't speak much English

The place was nice, good value for money. Very close to the beach. Nice pool
We stayed in a pool view room with balcony, the fuse in the room kept tripping. The first night, we couldn't sleep very well as turning on the fan tripped the electricity. We complained multiple times about it, they only changed our room after I asked for it to get changed. We changed to a room downstairs after and it was better.

Cleanliness was maintained throughout, the entrance is lovely to idle over.Pool was good and cozy for the size
The rooms were spacious and well maintained, although the backdrop noise of the adjacent school was too overwhelming
The online pics were way different from the actual s as we had expected a bigger property
The bathroom was a total letdown, not for the hygiene, but for basic essentials like, there were no hooks to place your clothes, the shower gel was hard and non frothy, the toothbrush was as hard as a cleaning bar.
