This 3-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand, measuring 80 m² and decorated in a Mediterranean country house style, is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 4 people.
The living room features a sitting area, TV, stereo (with DAB+, USB port, and Bluetooth), and a DVD player. The cozy bay window provides enough space for the whole family to gather around the dining table.
On the same level is the separate kitchenette, equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave.
From the living room, you can step out onto the west-facing balcony, where you can enjoy wonderful evenings overlooking the Baltic Sea.
Also on the first level is a shower room and a small storage closet.
A staircase leads to an open loft with a cozy reading nook. From here, you have access to two bedrooms and the bathroom with a tub.
One bedroom has two single beds (each 90x200 cm) and the other has a double bed (2x90x200 cm) with access to the second balcony facing south.
From May 1 to May-15.09.2026, a free beach chair awaits you at Stefan’s beach chair rental.
An underground parking space is reserved for you. Entrance height: 2 m.
