O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Welcome to the “Haus Ran Ferienwohnung Ran 1” vacation rental in Wittdün on Amrum. This bright, approximately 85 m² apartment is located on the first floor and, with a total of 3 rooms and 2 bedrooms, comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. A bathroom with a shower, a walk-in shower, and a toilet ensures a pleasant stay, and a separate guest restroom is also available. The apartment is a non-smoking property and features central heating, so you can relax and enjoy your stay even during the cooler months.
The centerpiece is the open-concept kitchen area that flows into the living room: Here you’ll find a modern, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, induction stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and plenty of kitchen utensils. A dining table is perfect for sharing meals together, while the living room sofa offers a cozy place to unwind after a day spent enjoying the fresh North Sea air. Entertainment options are also available: a TV (44–55 inches) with digital satellite connection, as well as a DVD, CD, and Blu-ray player, a radio, and a small selection of books and games. To make daily life hassle-free, the apartment also features Wi-Fi and a vacuum cleaner, as well as a washing machine and shared use of a dryer.
The outdoor area is particularly lovely: a covered patio invites you to linger, protected by privacy screens on all windows. A fenced-in property, the garden, and outdoor furniture add to the relaxing atmosphere. A beach chair is available for days at the beach—and thanks to the property’s location right by the sea, it’s only about 100 m to the beach. The exceptionally beautiful ocean view rounds out the vacation experience. Shopping options are about 250 m away, and restaurants are approximately 150 m away. Public transportation is about 150 m away, and the ferry is about 250 m away. A private parking lot with 1 space is available; however, a car is not necessary. Families are also welcome, and thanks to the short distances, you can enjoy a relaxing vacation on Amrum in a quiet village right on the North Sea.
