Seabreeze Apartment (Ground Floor) (for 4 people)

This tastefully and modernly furnished 54-square-meter comfort vacation apartment (classification to be determined by the tourism association around the end of April 2017) features 5 rooms and is located on the first floor.

With a view of the sea and facing the sun, you’ll find yourself just a few steps away (max. 4-minute walk) from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and the beautiful, almost endless promenade of Grömitz. Here, your own beach chair awaits you (near the Falkenthal Seafood Restaurant).

The exclusive and quiet location promises a relaxing vacation. Enjoy your stay in a cozy and comfortable atmosphere on a single level.

Living/Dining Area:
A comfortable corner sofa, coffee table, reading lamp, flat-screen TV, DVD player, Dolby Surround stereo system, free Wi-Fi, dining table with 4 comfortable high-back chairs, board games, and much more are, of course, provided. Windows with pleated blinds. Mosquito-screen door to the patio.

Kitchen:
The modern high-gloss kitchen, installed in 2023, leaves nothing to be desired and is equipped with every convenience: dishwasher, 4-zone ceramic cooktop, range hood, oven, filter coffee maker, fully automatic coffee machines for cappuccino and latte macchiato, separate milk frother, toaster, blender, egg cooker, brand-name pots and pans, electric kettle, exclusive china (for 12 people), 60-piece cutlery set, salt and pepper mills. The kitchen also offers plenty of storage space for your groceries. All cleaning supplies are provided free of charge.

Bathroom:
The designer bathroom, featuring underfloor heating and a floor-to-ceiling glass shower enclosure with walk-in access, is a true oasis of relaxation: monsoon ceiling shower and separate handheld showerhead, towel warmer, large designer countertop sink, 1 bathroom vanity with 2 large full-extension drawers, large designer mirror, hair dryer, toiletries, 5x magnifying mirror. Hand towels and bath towels provided free of charge.

2 bedrooms:
Both bedrooms are located next to each other and are fully equipped, each with 1 high-quality box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) or 1 high-quality box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm), as well as 1 flat-screen TV in each bedroom (1 with a DVD player). Bedroom windows feature blackout pleated blinds (complete darkness!) and mosquito screens. 1 safe. Designer hardwood flooring. Ironing board and iron provided.

Hallway:
Hallway closet with separate shoe cabinet.
