Here you’ll find the spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen, the guest restroom, and access to the two balconies. The separate entrance and the staircase leading to the basement are also located on this level. In the basement, you’ll find two bedrooms as well as a modern, brightly tiled shower room with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rack.
