With a stunning 130 m² of living space, “Villa Schoen” on Borkum offers a high-quality, modernly furnished vacation rental featuring four separate bedrooms, a terrace with a garden, and a balcony! Spread over two floors, there’s plenty of space for up to eight people to enjoy a wonderful vacation.
On the first floor, you’ll find two separate bedrooms and a spacious living-dining area with high-quality seating and a cozy sofa arrangement. From here, you have direct access to the beautiful terrace and the house’s garden. The kitchen, which is open to the living area, is comfortably equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and various kitchen appliances (toaster, coffee maker, egg cooker, and kettle), so you can easily prepare your own meals. The first floor also features a modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink with vanity cabinet, and an infrared heater.

Mit allem Anderen waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, jeder hatte eine Rückzugsmöglichkeit und auch die Lage ist super!
Wir würden das Haus wieder mieten.

der aufenthalt 5 nächte, 4 personen , 1 kleiner hund , war durch die gute lage, naehe südstrand (hundestrand)
ideal. sehr vieles an kuechenutensilien vorhanden,gute einrichtung,schoene terrasse .zu empfehlen.

Die Lage ist top. Die Einrichtung ist ganz gut, lässt aber an einigen Stellen auch zu wünschen übrig. Dur Kopfkissen sind eine absolute Zumutung. Es ist sehr ruhig trotz der Bahnlinie ganz in der Nähe. Schade dass es nur einen Parkplatz gibt pro Doppelhaushälfte. Das Einchecken ist mühsam . Wir mussten am Tag der Anreise die Schlüssel holen bei der Agentur. Kein Parkplatz gefunden, langes Anstehen . Die Kinder im Auto waren genervt und nicht nur die. Hätte mir eine Schlüsselübergabe im Haus gewünscht. Und eine kurze Einweisung. Wir mussten uns alles selbst erarbeiten. Fernseher und Internet stand mehrmals nicht zur Verfügung . Bitte unbedingt darauf achten , dass der Haustürschlüssel mitgenommen wird trotz Türcode. An einem Tag ging der Code nicht und wir hatten keinen Schlüssel dabei, so dass wir nicht ins Haus reinkamen. Mobile Notfallnummer angerufen aber lange Wartezeiten.
