The kitchenette is fully equipped and, in addition to a selection of different teas, has everything you need to prepare fresh meals. A kettle, toaster, olive oil, and spices are also at your disposal.

A comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) offers plenty of space for two people and guarantees a good night’s sleep.

The warm lighting and real plants also help you feel right at home. The dining table facing the window gives you plenty of space to enjoy your meals and let your gaze wander into the distance.

Your clean bathroom features a bathtub and a shower. We’ve placed fresh towels in a basket for you. A hair dryer is also available for you to use.

From the balcony, you have a direct view of the adjacent Wittelsbacher Park; you’re right next to the Congress Hall for evening events, and the city center and main train station are within walking distance.

The building also has a laundry room with washers and dryers, which can be used for a small fee.
