The house was beautiful and very clean, the pool area was wonderful, and the neighborhood was very peaceful. We made day trips to Sanibel, Fort Myers, and Naples with ease. Sandra was great to work with, we had difficulty connecting with all our day trips, but she was very flexible with us. One thing I missed was that there is a charge for electrical usage, but we were within the allowance and didn't incur any extra charges. We are definitely considering a return trip and highly recommend this to families with kids that enjoy time in the pool.

The house was clean, Sandra was wonderful, the neighborhood was beautiful and safe, and we would definitely rent here again.

First, S Property was nice but pool wasn’t that great compared to another property around the corner at the same price point.

The house and the service were perfect. Everything was prepared and arranged as communicated before. Sandra and Melanie were great. We could enjoy our holidays from the first minute we arrived until we left. I’m sure we will come back.Thank you.
