This bright and welcoming 3-room apartment in Scharbeutz measures 98 m² and is notably bright.
It is equipped to accommodate 4–5 people and features a spacious living and dining area. The cozy sitting area in the living room invites you to linger, watch TV, or simply relax by the wood-burning stove (you’ll need to provide your own firewood). Large windows offer a beautiful view of the terrace and the well-maintained garden. The large south-facing terrace also has plenty of space for barbecuing. The spacious dining area features an open-concept kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso machine, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, washer-dryer combo) and a large dining nook, where you can enjoy playing board games with the family. Wi-Fi is available to guests free of charge.
The hallway leads to the separate bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a TV, as well as to the shower room with an urinal and the separate children’s room with a bunk bed (lower bed 1.40 m x 2.00 m; upper bed 0.90 m x 2.00 m).
A guest restroom is located directly adjacent to the children’s room. Since the apartment is on the first floor, it is also suitable for people with disabilities, though unfortunately not for wheelchair users. A travel crib and a Tripp Trapp high chair are available to guests free of charge. Prices are based on 4 guests. The 5th guest pays 10.00 euros per night. This is a non-smoking apartment. No pets allowed! Guests also have access to a parking space in the carport right next to the house.

In this Glockenstraße vacation home, we rent out the spacious Ostseehöhe vacation apartment. The apartment is located on the first floor in Scharbeutz and is equipped to accommodate 4–6 people. Here you can unwind, whether with a good book, a glass of red wine, or by the wood-burning stove in the winter. The apartment is very spacious and well-appointed, with a TV in every room. The large terrace is equipped with a grill, and guests have access to a carport and a parking space. The beach is 800 m away, and the bakery and supermarkets are all within easy walking distance. A well-behaved dog is welcome here.
