The Alpenblüte, located in the beautiful spa gardens in Reit im Winkl. Following its opening in July 2021, the Alpenblüte offers 7 vacation apartments in a modern country-style design, featuring stylish details and mountain views from every apartment. The apartments feature cable TV and free Wi-Fi in every room. You can prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchens and enjoy your morning coffee using the provided Cafissimo capsule machines. The village center, with its many restaurants and cafes, is just a few minutes’ walk away. In addition, all apartments come with neighborhood guides and recommendations for the best swimming lakes, hikes, and bike routes in Chiemgau and neighboring Tyrol.

The Edelweiß vacation apartment is located on the first floor and features a terrace with a beautiful view of the Unterberghorn and the Fellhorn. The apartment has a large separate bedroom and a large sleeper sofa in the living area.
Reit im Winkl, a climatic health resort: According to Wikipedia, the designation “climatic health resort” is awarded to “towns whose air and climate, according to an expert assessment, possess qualities that are beneficial to recreation and health.” Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and has consistently met the criteria for this designation ever since through its ongoing efforts. One key factor is its high elevation, which ensures that summer heat is moderate and nights remain pleasantly cool. The town is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and, in terms of its general climate, belongs to the “Bavarian Alps” climate region. The character of the weather is largely determined by the local conditions—that is, by the influence of the mountain ranges and valleys on weather patterns. In addition to the natural conditions that ensure good air quality, we actively work to preserve the fresh mountain air through the use of natural heating and an extensive bus service.
With our in-house e-bikes, you’ll have the opportunity to stay active even while on vacation and explore the surrounding mountains. The ski bus is just a few minutes’ walk away and takes you to the Winklmoos-Alm valley station in under 10 minutes. From there, you can take the gondola directly to the Winklmoos-Alm-Steinplatte ski area. You can also reach the cross-country trails on foot in just a few minutes.
