Vacation Apartment No. 47 in the Dünenblick vacation complex is a 2-room penthouse apartment that sleeps up to 3 people.
Your comfortable 2-room vacation apartment, measuring approximately 47 m², features a beautiful and sunny rooftop terrace facing the lake. It is located on the 2nd floor of Building 3. A spacious living-dining area, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower await you here. The beach is only about 50 m from the Dünenblick.
You can access the furnished rooftop terrace—complete with its own beach chair and a magnificent lake view—through the living room. The light-filled living-dining area welcomes you with a sofa bed (1.50 x 200 cm) and a dining table by the window, so you can always enjoy the lake view while you eat. For entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV (32" LCD cable TV), a DVD player, and a stereo system with a CD player.
The built-in kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner ceramic cooktop with oven, and a refrigerator with a 3*** freezer compartment. An electric grill is also available.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2x90x200 cm) with cold-foam mattresses and adjustable slatted frames for a restful night’s sleep. You can store the clothes you’ve brought with you in the closet. The windows are darkened with curtains.
The entryway, living-dining area, and bedroom are finished with high-quality vinyl design flooring.
The newly redesigned, bright shower room features a spacious shower area with a low threshold, a sink, a toilet, and a heated towel rack.
Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. An underground parking space (entrance height 2.10 m) ensures safe parking for your car.
At Dünenblick, free Wi-Fi (subject to availability), bicycle storage, coin-operated washing machines, and coin-operated dryers are available.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Wohnung und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die Ausstattung ist super. Der direkte Meerblick von der Dachterasse aus ist sehr, sehr schön. Positiv ist außerdem die große Dusche und das bequeme Bett. Ein Fliegengitter am Schlafzimmerfenster wäre unser einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag. Wir kommen gern im nächsten Jahr wieder.

Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Das recht neue Bad mit ebenerdiger grosser Dusche sehr bequem. Die grosse Terrasse mit dem Strandkorb hat ganztägig Sonne. Der Blick aus dem Fenster über dem Esstisch ist einfach toll. Die Sessel im Wohnbereich nicht ganz so bequem. Auf dem Sofa lässt sich abercprima schlafen. Der Strand ist ganz nah. Nur über die Strasse.

Sehr saubere Wohnung mit gut ausgestatteter Küchenzeile. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Der Blick auf die Ostsee Ist im Winter fantastisch.
Nur, dass wir die Betten mit der extra gemieteten Bettwäsche selbst beziehen mussten, haben wir noch nie erlebt.
