Since the apartment is located at the rear of the building and faces west, it enjoys a very quiet setting. The beach is approximately 300 m away.

2-room apartment, approx. 50 m². Accommodates up to four people.
Amenities:
The apartment features a living room with open access to the kitchen and the balcony, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The living room includes, among other things, a comfortable leather corner sofa bed that sleeps two people. The kitchenette is fully equipped. From the west-facing balcony, you can look out onto the garden and houses in the distance. The bedroom has a double bed, a generously sized closet, and an additional TV. The bathroom is a shower room.

Please note the regulations regarding the separate visitor’s tax charged by the respective municipality on Sylt. This is charged separately and is due no later than upon arrival.
