Welcome to our gorgeous "Ostwind" vacation apartment in the Residenz Sonnenschein, just 200 meters from the Baltic Sea beach in beautiful Börgerende.

Our vacation rental is located in the newly built Sonnenschein vacation residence in an exclusive part of Börgerende, yet in an exceptionally quiet and idyllic setting.

Morning coffee served in bed—no problem—because the luxuriously equipped kitchen offers everything your heart desires:
A built-in oven, built-in microwave, large ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator with integrated freezer, toaster, and electric kettle are all available for your use in the kitchen. You won’t be missing anything when it comes to dishes, glasses, silverware, etc.

Bad weather on the horizon? Then treat yourself to a latte macchiato from the Tassimo coffee maker and enjoy the day anyway. A small selection of books, games, and DVDs will keep boredom at bay.

In this 75 m² apartment, you can treat yourself to a relaxing vacation with your family or friends. The two bedrooms can accommodate 4 adults and one toddler. The large bedroom is comfortably furnished with a 180x200 cm double bed, a flat-screen TV, insect screens, and blackout curtains. Here, you can immerse yourself in a cozy, relaxing atmosphere.

In the slightly smaller bedroom, you’ll find peace and quiet in two 90x200 cm beds. This bedroom is also equipped with a flat-screen TV, insect screens, and blackout curtains.

Of course, the apartment features a modern shower room—a towel dryer, hair dryer, and little extras ensure your comfort. The entire apartment features underfloor heating

Your family is important to us: a high chair, a travel crib (120x60 cm), and a handcart for beach outings are available in the apartment at no extra charge.

The spacious living room with dining area: The huge corner sofa is especially cozy. This is also where you’ll find the media corner with a flat-screen satellite TV, DVD/Blu-ray player, and a stereo system with CD player, radio, and Bluetooth connectivity. You can use the internet and Wi-Fi free of charge.

Treat yourself to some sunbathing on the terrace or enjoy a cup of coffee and a good book.

A washer-dryer is available in the apartment. The apartment also includes a free parking space right in front of the house.

The apartment is an ideal and central starting point for excursions into the beautiful Mecklenburg countryside. The Europaradweg bike path runs right along the dike, or you can go on wonderful hikes in the nature-rich surroundings. Horse lovers will also find plenty to enjoy at one of the nearby riding stables.
