Great villa to stay with a group of friends. Staff are very accommodating and friendly.

The trip between Balangan and Uluwatu isn’t as easy as it used to be. The shortcut road via the Sterling or World Hotel has closed, so it’s added an extra 10min to the trip. Nothing to do with the property itself just noting the location.

Beautiful villa, big rooms, all en suite rooms. Free filtered water, coffee and tea suppies, big pool. Efficient staff. Great location.

My son was scared of the rooms with the straw roofs or no glass in the windows as he has a fear of spiders. Doors don’t close very well.

Aldo and the staff were great.

The place has some issues in terms of termites. It's also not private in the usual way - the staff are on site.

The pool was great. The garden just beautiful. The villa itself very accomodating. Good to know Wayan & Aldo were on site.

The wifi was weak. There were leaks in most bedrooms & near the staircase going to upper bedrooms. I know it’s rainy season when we stayed, it rained every afternoon which was nice as it cooled the place down but it stormed two nights we stayed. Best to hire scooters to get around as villa is away from anything. Wayan offered massage to all of us which was a nice gesture. My daughter took up the offer but found her not to be good at all especially coming from Ubud the week before. It was obvious one could not go out on the balconies as they were unsafe & were roped off with thick sheets of clear plastic. The villa felt underwhelming & due for a freshen up.
