The hotel's historical character, architecture, and overall atmosphere were absolutely beautiful and unique. We really enjoyed the ambiance and charm of the property.
The only downside was that finding our room was a bit challenging, as the corridors and passageways felt like a maze ☺️

Amazing Fort incorporating a first class hotel, what a vision the founder had in his first venture into such clever restoration, so many levels, hundreds of steps not for the faint hearted and two swimming pools. All the facilities worked, as expected and the staff were attentive and friendly.
For such a wonderful property we were underwhelmed by our room, it was small, had a small window overlooking a tree and something of an afterthought in the overall design of the accommodation.

The outside beauty is good and their activities are interesting. They help in transportation.
No room service. Rooms are far away from the restaurant and it involves lot of walking especially if travelling with kids. Krishna room is very inappropriate for families with young children as it involves climbing lot of chairs up and down and walking on uneven paths to reach either restaurants or pool or reception. There is a general lack of transparency in room allocation.
