This unique property has a style all its own. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer a breathtaking view of the lake. Direct access to the beach makes this property truly one-of-a-kind! Following a thorough renovation, the villa shines in new splendor, combining the chic of the 1960s with contemporary comfort and state-of-the-art technology.

If needed, you can rent a mooring for your boat (up to 3 metric tons) right in front of the house.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, and a coffee maker. A washing machine is available.

Very nice location and good facilities for cooking.

clean and right on the lake, as advertised.
