Two free beach chairs await you on the beach near the “Falkenthal Seafood” restaurant at the “Glaser” beach chair rental or at the dog-friendly beach (upon request!).

Living room with a large dining area for 8–10 people:
The bright and spacious living area features an XXL cozy corner couch, a solid-wood coffee table, a reading lamp, a flat-screen TV with streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Maxdome), a DVD player, and a stereo system with Bluetooth for playing your own music from a smartphone or tablet, as well as free Wi-Fi. On cooler evenings, a fireplace creates a relaxed, cozy atmosphere. Additionally, the living area—adjacent to the open kitchen—features a 3-meter-long solid wood dining table with eight comfortable chairs.
Open-concept kitchen:
The bright and modern U-shaped kitchen, featuring a counter and four bar stools, leaves nothing to be desired and is equipped with every convenience: a side-by-side refrigerator-freezer with an ice maker and crushed ice maker, a tap for chilled water, dishwasher, microwave, 4-zone glass-ceramic cooktop, range hood, oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, egg cooker, Fissler cookware, electric kettle, exclusive porcelain (for 18 people), a 120-piece cutlery set, and—in addition to the standard coffee maker—a delicious Crème Café, a fully automatic coffee machine for cappuccino, latte macchiato, etc., to delight connoisseurs. The two natural-light bathrooms, featuring all-glass shower enclosures with floor-level entry, are true oases of well-being with ample space: a rain showerhead and separate hand-held shower, heated towel rack, large designer vanities, two bathroom base cabinets in each with four large full-extension drawers, a large 180 x 100 m designer mirror, hair dryer, toiletries, and a 5x magnifying mirror. Both bathrooms feature a built-in radio where you can play your own music via Bluetooth.
4 bedrooms:
The “Seaside” apartment features four bedrooms, all four of which are lovingly and cozily furnished, each with a large 180x200 cm box-spring double bed (separate mattresses: 0.90 x 2.00 m; open foot end) as well as an armchair. Two safes and 4 additional flat-screen TVs (2 with DVD players) are also available in all 4 bedrooms. The bedroom windows are fitted with blackout pleated blinds (complete darkness!). Both master bedrooms open onto the terrace. 2 wooden cribs. Wall-mounted changing table. Tripp Trapp high chairs.
Hallway:
The spacious hallway features a solid-wood coat rack and shoe racks, as well as a tablet for opening the door and an intercom system.
